Junior Central Coordinator of Group SCT: Job description
The mission of the Spend Control Tower (SCT) is to support the Group's efforts to reduce the cost targeting a decrease by 15% of the Purchase Requests passing through the tower. Started in Q1 2025, the SCT is now implemented in all entities of the Group.
Located in GCOO, the Junior Central coordinator supports Group SCT (triage, BUs/SUs forums results consolidation and performance monitoring, Group SCT meeting facilitation) and CEO escalation processes.
Main responsibilities

Governance
- Organize Group SCT meetings and support preparation
- Ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders and help drive operational actions

Monitoring & reporting
- Extract raw PRs from Group systems, perform pre-triage and submit PRs to be reviewed to BUs/SUs
- Update and consolidate group-wide dashboards on spend performance and progress vs targets
- Support CEO escalation: consolidate PRs to be reviewed, follow-up actions post-CEO review
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and timely refresh in coordination with Senior Central coordinator partners and Head of SCT

Methodology & Standardization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SCT methods, templates, and governance

Contribute to onboarding material and knowledge management for the SCT team and stakeholders
Profile
Experience & technical skills
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
- 3 - 5 years of experience in cost optimization
- Experience in a complex, multinational, and matrixed organization
- Familiarity with procurement or finance processes appreciated
Personal abilities & competencies
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Structured, organized (comfortable managing multiple topics and stakeholders), detail-oriented
- Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
