Responsibilities:
  • 5-8 Years of experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and XenDektop with multiple sites and farms.
  • Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp and Xendesktop. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.
  • Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface /NetScaler)
  • Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager.
  • Publishing applications in Citrix and application virtualization using AppSense and/or Microsoft App-V
  • Printers Management in Citrix
  • Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration
  • Strong knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration
  • Strong knowledge in Citrix Edge Sight and Smart Auditor
  • Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager's thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration
  • Windows Active Directory Administration
  • Experience on managing Citrix farm on VmWare will be added advantage.
  • Experience with VMWare Horizon and AVD will be an added advantage.
  • Good Communication Skill & ready to take challenges
    • To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
    • To provide support for on call escalations or L3 level support and doing incident and problem management
    • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
    • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
    • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
    • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • Strong ITIL process knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
