About the Role:

  • Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling and Compliant Management related to the commercial clients.
  • The Incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team. This involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Focus on client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling
  • Compliant Management- To identify & resolve customer complaints within the specific timelines
  • Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts
  • To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement
  • Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts
  • SPOC for Branch Renewals
  • Total concentration on Renewal business only
  • Sole Responsible
  • On-time CCM/SQS/SQA
  • Timely Terminations
  • Coordination between Customers & Operations
  • Increase in Branch New Sales as Branch CSEs can focus only on New sales
  • Reduction in Outstanding
  • Lead Generation

Key Result Areas:

  • Advance Renewal Followup / CCM
  • Customer Objection Handling - with the help of operation
  • Renewal letter with PI
  • Regular follow-up for renewal and updation in the Renewal portal
  • OCC entry from the Renewal portal
  • Timely termination from the renewal portal
  • Outstanding followup
  • SQA
