Description
Technical Skills (Must have):
• Broadcast Service Delivery - Basic Understanding of Department SKUs. Ingest, Playout & Distribution workflows and how they are used to deliver services
• Broadcast workflows, automation systems, content delivery.
• Software - Basic Proficiency in using Amagi/3rd party software & other applications used for service delivery of MS services (ex CP, Skynet, TAG, MC, Zixi)
• Demonstrable ability to follow 1st line troubleshooting SOPs using these applications
• Operational Processes – Basic understanding of operational processes used within broadcast operations
Other Skills (Good to have):
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload according to the needs to your functional areas(s)
• Knowledge Sharing - Sharing expertise (top down) through training or mentorship
• Customer Communication - Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customers and/or 3rd parties
