7-11 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the Projects industry

Demonstrated success in coordinating administrative activities and supporting project teams

Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements

Assist in the preparation and organization of project-related documents, reports, and presentations

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment

Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Assist in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures

Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of project operations
