  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of project-related documents, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism

  • Assist in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures

  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of project operations

  • Support the project team in various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
