Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ability to create or update Functional/Technical design documents.
- Develop Integrations/Reports and Perform testing.
- Responsible for project deliverables from offshore.
- Should be able to conduct Demos, Functional and Technical discussions with Onshore teams including end Customer.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Candidate must have experience in HCM Extract, BIP Report, OTBI, HDL Data conversions, Fast Formulas, and Personalization s.
- Candidate should have worked on Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, ORC, OLC, and OTL.
- Should have SQL knowledge to write custom query for creating BIP Reports. Should have worked on RTF Templates, Etext Templates, Excel Templates and XSL Templates.
- Should have good knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations – Outbound and Inbound Integrations. Should have good experience on Creating HCM Extracts both full and changes only extracts with different delivery options like FTP, Email and WebCenter content.
- Candidate should have experience in Personalization s using HCM experience Design Studio, Structure, Page Composer & should be familiar with EL Expressions.
- Understanding of Report Security, and Standard Reports/Integrations.
- Should have sound knowledge on OIC.
- Having knowledge on PL/SQL is an added advantage.
- Should have Strong written and Oral communication skills.
- Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members.
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills.
- Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes.
- Should be able to handle client discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills.
