About The Job:
- We are looking for a resource who can work closely with business stakeholders to design & develop solutions with ServiceNow & Mobile agent experience.

Design and Development:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Core Platform solutions.
- Customize core capabilites such as Quality Code tool, global tables etc. .

Collaboration and Customization:
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements.
- Customize the platform to meet business needs.

Scripting and Automation:
- Develop and implement scripts on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks.
- Integrate with external systems.

System Maintenance and Performance:

Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor system performance, implement performance tuning, and conduct system upgrades.
