About The Job:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Automobile Dealership Auditor to conduct comprehensive audits of our dealership network.
- The auditor will evaluate dealership infrastructure, Client efficiency, and process adherence to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and operational excellence.
- This role requires a strong understanding of automotive dealership operations, audit methodologies, and excellent communication skills to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Plan and execute audits of automobile dealerships focusing on infrastructure quality, Client capabilities, and process effectiveness.
- Assess dealership facilities including showrooms, service bays, inventory storage, and equipment for safety, maintenance, and compliance with prescribed standards.
- Evaluate workforce skills, staffing levels, training programs, and labor law adherence to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Analyze dealership sales and service processes to ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Collect and analyze data using audit tools and software; prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.
- Conduct interviews and interact with dealership staff at various levels to verify process compliance and workforce competency.
- Provide actionable recommendations to dealership management and corporate teams for process improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate ethical conduct, and uphold company values during audit activities.
- Keep abreast of automotive industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging audit methodologies to refine audit approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in auditing, preferably within the automotive dealership or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of automobile dealership operations, infrastructure requirements, and workforce management.
- Basic technical understanding of automotive products and service processes.
- Proficiency in audit tools, MS Office (especially Excel), and report writing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
