• Integrate HAM with CMDB, Procurement, and ITSM modules
• Customize forms, business rules, UI policies, and workflows
• Create reports and dashboards for asset tracking
• Support asset audits and compliance activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and implementation

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow HAM implementation
• Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management processes
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow SAM solutions
• Manage software lifecycle, licensing, and compliance
• Implement software normalization and reclamation processes
• Integrate SAM with discovery and CMDB
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and automation
• Generate compliance and usage reports
• Work with vendors and internal teams for software governance

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance
• Experience in scripting, integrations, and Flow Designer
• Understanding of ITAM and ITIL practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
