Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and support IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Incident, Problem, Change, and Request modules
- Configure workflows, SLAs, and catalog items
- Create integrations and automation solutions
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Support platform enhancements and upgrades
- Work closely with business and technical teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM development
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience in scripting, integrations, and Flow Designer
