Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Servers and GPU Servers.
- Manage and troubleshoot Enterprise Storage Systems.
- Configure and maintain SAN Switches.
- Support AI Workloads, including InfiniBand Switches and Network Switch Software Stack.
- Administer Virtual Tape Library (VTL) solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize Software Solutions across enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or infrastructure management.
- Hands on expertise with servers, storage, and networking hardware/software.
- Strong knowledge of SAN, InfiniBand, and GPU server environments.
- Familiarity with AI workload optimization and related software stacks.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced, multi location environments.
