Profile: Creative Director-Events-Surat-6 LPA

Experience: 6+ years
(Preferred: Events / Advertising / Design Industry)

Salary Range: 45k to 50k

Roles: 

1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development

• Lead the creative vision and strategy for luxury events
• Conceptualize event themes, décor, installations, and storytelling experiences
• Research global design and event trends for innovative concepts

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor designers, stylists, and creative team members
• Oversee training, accountability, and departmental development

3. Creative Execution & Quality Control

• Supervise mood boards, 3D visualizations, presentations, and mock-ups
• Ensure execution feasibility, creativity, and premium quality standards

4. Graphic & Branding Oversight

• Manage graphic design department roadmaps and deliverables
• Ensure brand consistency and high-end aesthetics for HNI clients

5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Attend client meetings, venue visits, and event recce sessions
• Collaborate with production, marketing, operations, and execution teams

6. Innovation & Market Research

• Conduct competitor analysis and creative benchmarking
• Introduce innovative styling, concepts, and presentation approaches

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Design, Fine Arts, Creative Media, or related field
• Preferred background in:

  • Spatial Design
  • Product Design
  • Branding & Creative Communication
