Role Overview
<\/h3>

The Inside Sales Manager will drive pipeline creation and revenue growth<\/b> for Rapyder's cloud consulting and managed services business.
<\/p>

This role owns the inside sales cycle end\-to\-end<\/b> - from outbound prospecting and qualification to deal closure - working closely with pre\-sales, marketing, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable running structured discovery<\/b>, positioning AWS\-led cloud solutions<\/b>, and owning outcomes in a fast\-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound follow\-ups.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Qualify leads using structured discovery to identify high\-intent cloud opportunities<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Own inside sales execution from opportunity creation through commercial closure<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Position AWS\-led cloud consulting, migration, modernization, and managed services offerings.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Collaborate with pre\-sales on solution articulation, proposals, and SOW inputs.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Zoho CRM<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Share customer insights with sales and marketing to improve GTM effectiveness.

      Requirements

      Must\-Have<\/b>

      • 3-5 years of experience in end\-to\-end inside sales<\/b> for IT services, cloud, or SaaS.
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Proven ability to sell cloud services or technology solutions<\/b> (AWS exposure preferred).
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Strong prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Excellent business communication skills; confident engaging IT and business stakeholders.
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Ability to work independently in a high\-ownership environment.
