As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the full contract process, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, compliantly, and on time. Insight on your impact:
- Own and manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
- Oversee bidding, contract issuance, change orders, and documentation to keep projects moving efficiently and audit-ready
- Act as a key advisor to leadership by identifying risks, recommending contract improvements, and resolving complex or sensitive issues
- Partner closely with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure University standards and timelines are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support internal reviews and external audits
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment while supporting the organization's long-term success
