Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support ITOM modules
• Implement Discovery and Service Mapping solutions
• Manage Event Management and CMDB health
• Develop automation workflows and integrations
• Troubleshoot infrastructure monitoring issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM
• Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server, and CMDB
• Scripting experience using JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies
