We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with expertise in ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, including integration across both domains. The ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, strong integration experience, and an understanding of enterprise service workflows.

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with expertise in ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, including integration across both domains. The ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, strong integration experience, and an understanding of enterprise service workflows.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ITSM and CSM modules, as well as with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, integration, and architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functionality, performance, and security.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and testing.
- Document all technical implementations, customizations, and workflows.
- 4–7 years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and CSM (Cases, Accounts, Contacts, Entitlements).
- Proven experience in integrating ITSM and CSM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL and customer service processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
