As a Sky Phygital - Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between digital and physical banking experiences. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with high-value customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey across both channels. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's products and services, with a particular emphasis on digital offerings, while also providing exceptional in-person customer service when needed.

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking products and services, with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when needed, including occasional weekends.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Promote and sell the bank's digital products and services, including mobile banking, online investment platforms, and digital payment solutions.
  • Provide exceptional in-person customer service and support when required, ensuring a positive and personalized banking experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and technologies, and educate customers on the benefits of digital banking.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to the product development team, helping to shape the bank's digital strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of customer confidentiality.
  • Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve customer queries and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
