Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or MBA (Finance preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Central Finance Implementation
- Lead end-to-end SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementations, including landscape design, data replication, and harmonization.
- Design and configure Central Finance scenarios such as:
- FI document replication
- CO document replication
- Cost object mapping
- GL, Cost Center, Profit Center, Customer & Vendor mapping
- Configure SLT replication and work closely with Basis and technical teams for stability and performance.
SAP FI / CO Expertise
- Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA) within a CFIN landscape.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
- Support period-end closing activities in Central Finance.
Data Harmonization & Integration
- Drive master data harmonization (Chart of Accounts, cost objects, business partners).
- Resolve data consistency issues between source systems and Central Finance.
- Support integration with:
- ECC and S/4HANA source systems
- SAP MDG, AIF, and migration cockpit
Testing & Deployment
- Prepare and execute unit, integration, and UAT test cycles.
- Support cutover planning, production go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Analyze and resolve replication failures and AIF errors.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Act as a functional lead, guiding junior consultants.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, Basis, ABAP).
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- 6-8 years of SAP experience with minimum 2-3 years on SAP Central Finance
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP S/4HANA Central Finance architecture
- SLT replication & real-time data integration
- AIF error handling and monitoring
- Deep knowledge of SAP FI and CO
- Experience with CVIs, Business Partner, and Financial Master Data
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience with SAP MDG and data governance
- Exposure to Group Reporting or S/4HANA Finance transformations
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or Central Finance
- Experience working in global, multi-system landscapes
