Experience & Education
- 8+ years of experience in SAP sales / BD / enterprise solution sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for SAP solutions including S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, BTP, Analytics Cloud, and SAP Managed Services
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue, pipeline, and margin targets
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, IT heads, and procurement teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and mapping them to SAP-based solutions
- Collaborate closely with SAP alliance partners and internal leadership
Solutioning & Proposal Management
- Lead solution positioning, RFP responses, proposals, and pricing strategies
- Work with pre-sales, delivery, and SAP alliance teams to design value-driven solutions
- Ensure compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals
Team & Leadership
- Mentor junior BD team members and guide them on deal strategy and negotiations
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and market insights to leadership
- Drive best practices in CRM usage and sales governance
Market & Industry Intelligence
- Track industry trends, SAP roadmap updates, and competitor offerings
- Identify whitespace opportunities for new SAP offerings or service lines
