Partner One Capital is seeking a dedicated Solutions Delivery Specialist with expertise in HPE Nonstop Security to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of our security solutions aimed at safeguarding critical data and ensuring robust operational integrity.

Responsibilities:

Architect, deploy, and secure our product implementations in regulated global customer environments, ensuring high availability and strict security compliance

Serve as a Nonstop subject matter expert (SME) with mastery over platform-specific development, integration, and operations

Lead full lifecycle solution delivery - from scoping, planning, and installation to configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and long-term support

Collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and sales teams, as well as HPE Nonstop stakeholders, to ensure successful engagements and proof-of-value demonstrations

Deliver customer training, technical documentation, and best practices tailored to highly regulated enterprise environments

Integrate XYPRO solutions with enterprise ecosystems such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ServiceNow, Splunk, Okta, PING and other identity, compliance, and threat detection platforms

Represent XYPRO and HPE Nonstop at customer sites, industry events, and internal strategy sessions-demonstrating thought leadership and technical credibility

Identify and influence upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the implementation lifecycle

Requirements

Multiple years of hands-on experience with HPE Nonstop server architecture, development, and systems operations

Recognized expert in security, compliance, and integration on Nonstop, with deep familiarity with Enscribe, SQL/MP, and SQL/MX

In-depth understanding of security protocols and enterprise integration standards: LDAP, REST, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and networking

Proven experience in customer-facing technical leadership, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, leading training, and resolving escalations

Comfortable interacting with executives and engineers - able to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously

A passion for delivering excellence and mentoring others in rare, legacy enterprise environments

Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer and business demands
