- Drive sales execution and achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
- Manage existing customers and acquire new ones to support business growth.
- Develop and implement customerspecific action plans and longterm partnerships.
- Coordinate with KAM, sales, and technical teams to address priorities and resolve issues.
- Execute pricing, promotions, and market activation strategies.
- Manage distributor teams/thirdparty representatives and ensure strong market execution.
- Conduct regular field and store visits to monitor performance and identify gaps.
