What youll do

  • Drive sales execution and achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
  • Manage existing customers and acquire new ones to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement customerspecific action plans and longterm partnerships.
  • Coordinate with KAM, sales, and technical teams to address priorities and resolve issues.
  • Execute pricing, promotions, and market activation strategies.
  • Manage distributor teams/thirdparty representatives and ensure strong market execution.
  • Conduct regular field and store visits to monitor performance and identify gaps.
