Job Description:
- Expertise knowledge in 3G, 4G & 5G technologies, call flow, interfaces. Product: Nokia + Huawei or Ericsson
- Very good understanding in RAN related hardware's and installation procedure Fault mgmt / troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in 3G/LTE eNB /NR gNB (BBU and RRH).
- Design, setup, preparation and configuration support for multi vendors
- Good knowledge on OSS/Netact tools (CM editor , Ops manager, ENM, cloud client).
- Adequate experience in remote technical / FM support.
- Good understanding on HW and SW acceptance procedures
- Basic understanding on ITIL / ITSM model - IM, CM, KM, PM roles.
- Good communication skills to deal with international customers
