Job Description:

• You will be aligned with our Learning Solutions Team to help us in dealing with the Learning and Development review activities.
• In Learning Services Design & Development team you will be required to:
• Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to stakeholders for review
• Review/develop training assets that range from classroom, virtual, self-paced & digital as per the client requirement, review content using prescribed tools
• Review training material such as WBT, ILT, Lab Guides etc.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from reviewers and stakeholders, resolve conflicting feedback
• Maintain quality standards, conducting pilot runs, and delivering final output to the client within the set standards of quality, timeline, and cost
• Perform cycle testing, UAT, editorial (language) and instructional design checks to properly document problems for issue resolution
• Participate actively in team and project meetings and other forums
• Support at Learning Needs Analysis
• Review/write high-level design, e-learning materials
