Functional Specialist-Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility

• Develop custom solutions in SAP CRM using ABAP
• Enhance and support:
• CRM Web UI components
• BOL / GENIL components
• One Order Framework
• Create technical designs based on Functional Specifications
• Develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
• Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT
• Debug and resolve production issues
• Support CRM middleware queues, BDOCs, and integration issues
• Work closely with Functional Consultants and Basis teams
• Follow coding standards and documentation best practices

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ABAP for SAP CRM
• CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL, Enhancement Framework
• One Order framework and Middleware basics
• Integration knowledge (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services)
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
