The Role:

We are hiring an IT Operations Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, user lifecycle management, endpoint support, and asset management across a global environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS issues.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, device setup, access provisioning, and deprovisioning.
  • Support endpoint management using Intune.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, device records, and service documentation.
  • Own tickets end-to-end with clear updates and timely resolution.
  • Follow IT processes, security practices, and access management guidelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, replacements, and logistics.
  • Escalate issues when required while maintaining ownership until closure.
  • Support global IT operations and provide backup coverage when needed.

Role Requirements:

  • Tech/B.E. in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365.
  • Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
  • Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-based support e.g. JIRA.
  • Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar endpoint tools preferred.
  • Understanding of Entra, MFA, access management, and device compliance.
  • Good communication, documentation, and ownership skills.

Key Expectations

  • Meet defined SLAs for response, resolution, and ticket updates.
  • Maintain accurate asset and user lifecycle records.
  • Follow IT processes consistently and document work clearly.
  • Be available for on-site IT support from the Gurgaon office.
  • Be flexible for occasional after-hours or urgent support.
