Role Purpose
The Capability Catalyst ensures assets/partnerships create, prove, and scale business value through clear monetization models, pricing logic, and outcome governance.
Key Responsibilities
Define business and monetization models for Kits and assets
Establish value realization metrics and ROI frameworks - Topline/Valuation impacts
Enable outcome-based pricing and value-linked engagements
Own portfolio-level economics and investment decisions
Chair portfolio governance forums
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Experience in business modeling, pricing, or portfolio strategy
Strong commercial judgment and P&L exposure
Eye and keenness for detail
Bias for Time to market
