Job Description
Key Responsibilities Owning up media planning and delivery for key account Day to day client servicing, optimization of on-going campaigns and coordinating between the client and internal teams Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of on-going campaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns Manage day-to-day client interaction along with the final plan presentation to the client Owning up brand and individual KPI's to drive business goals To supervise and design media plans using appropriate media tools. To create culture of innovation and have all contribute to creative media solutions. To proactively provide inputs/ directions to client and be responsive for client needs Facilitate development of team members through on -the-job coaching and initiate developmental training. To ensure smooth team functioning and timely resolution of team conflicts
Responsibilities
Experience Details 4-7 years' experience in similar field Previous experience of working with a digital media agency Managed end to end Digital Media Planning campaigns Platform knowledge - Facebook, Google, Programmatic, Publishers Good vendor relations Should have managed a team of individual multi-functional individuals
