As an Executive - Sales BWI you are expected to understand the concept of selling preferably Media or PR and will be expected to meet revenue targets and work on a portfolio of clients.
What you'll do:
1. New Business Development
- Meeting the sales targets and maintaining a healthy new business pipeline for India and International distribution
- Accountable for collection of accounts receivable
- Retention of and upselling to existing clients
- Participate in new business brainstorming and drafting new business proposals.
- Take part in new business pitches and presentations on new business prospects.
2. Account Management
- Understanding and managing the scope of work
- Manage client programs and ensure they are kept within budget.
- Ensure that all activities carried out for clients are documented and status reports are submitted.
- Oversees account administration duties such as billing, and activity reports are completed correctly and on time.
3. Team Leadership Skills
- Effectively delegates tasks and oversees quality implementation.
- Takes an active interest in staff development and provides on-the-job training to team members on day-to-day account management.
- Keeps immediate supervisors briefed on the performance, ensuring recognition of good performance and that any concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.
4. Research
- Leverage the Research tools we have e.g., WPP.

Experience that contributes to success:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the media/service industry with a can-do attitude and passion for learning.
- A positive "do whatever it takes" and "all hands-on deck" attitude.
- The ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
- High level of attention to detail
- The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business.
- University degree holder
