We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional to manage corporate legal affairs, with a strong focus on contract management, transactional support, and regulatory compliance. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of legal processes across business operations. You will play a key role in safeguarding organizational interests while enabling strategic initiatives such as partnerships, transactions, and corporate structuring.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, lease agreements, SLAs, MoUs, and other commercial agreements
  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle ensuring compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation
  • Support banking-related documentation such as loan agreements, sanction letters, and escrow arrangements
  • Provide legal support across areas including software licensing, real estate, employment matters, POSH compliance, CSR, and related party transactions
  • Assist in corporate transactions such as joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, collaborations, and shareholder agreements
  • Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate with external legal counsel for transaction execution
  • Interact with senior management and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide legal guidance
  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws, company regulations, and applicable statutory frameworks
  • Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions to support business objectives

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Qualified legal professional with a 5-year integrated law degree (LLB/LLM) from a reputed institution
  • 8-12 years of experience in corporate law, company law, and transactional legal work
  • Prior experience in a law firm (2-3 years preferred) with exposure to complex legal matters
  • Strong expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
  • Hands-on experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions
  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks including company law, SEBI regulations, and IPR
  • Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high ownership and accountability
