Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 20-25 LPA)

The CEO will lead the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the organization, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and market expansion within the rubber manufacturing industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement business strategies that align with the company's objectives

Manage comprehensive operations including production, supply chain, and quality assurance

Lead initiatives to increase revenue and broaden market reach

Handle financial planning, budgeting processes, and cost efficiency efforts

Recruit, develop, and guide high-performing teams and senior executives

Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental standards

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Analyze industry developments and pursue continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or management (MBA preferred)

Over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector

At least 5 years in a senior leadership position
