Job Description:

The Expertise We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working with or in agile teams and understanding of agile practices
• Consistent track record as a Scrum Master with responsibility for coaching and mentoring squads with complex dependencies
• Experience in delivering quality software utilizing agile practices
• Jira and Jira align proficiency and familiarization with different agile practices (Kanban, Lean etc)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Holds technical experience at some point in their career .

• Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly at all senior levels across the Organization
• Ability to present summarized information on squad progress and performance based on underpinning data
• Strong facilitation skills for agile events, with the ability to brainstorm with the team on solutions to address impediments and blockers
• Positive approach to the most complex of problems and a 'can-do' attitude
• A proven ability to coach and mentor others, regardless of organizational hierarchy
• Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly at all senior levels across Fidelity

• Identifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for best practices to support continuous improvement
• Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives
• Leading the Team in the delivery of quality software, knowing the processes and ensuring they are adhered to
• Driving a collaborative and supportive team culture through team building and engagement practices
