Role Descriptions: Windows Hyper V Admin (L2 level):
* Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Hyper V environments
* Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) virtualization stacks
* Provision, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual machines (VMs)
* Configure and manage:
* Hyper V Failover Clustering
* Live Migration & Storage Migration
* High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
* Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization
* Work with SAN/NAS storage and network teams for VM-related issues
* Ensure server hardening, patching, and compliance
* Handle incident, problem, and change management (ITIL processes)
* Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs
* Provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior administrators
* Participate in audits and continuity planning
* PowerShell scripting (basic to intermediate)
* Ability to work in 24x7 environments
