About the Role

The Executive – AR & Trade Operations is responsible for accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, deductions, and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities while ensuring adherence to SLAs, audit controls, and SOX compliance. The role requires strong stakeholder management and a focus on delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management (80%)

  • Process trade and non-trade customer deductions.
  • Reconcile customer invoices and deductions against approved plans.
  • Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable trial balances in SAP.
  • Perform AR identification, reason code segregation, and deduction/payment clearing.
  • Investigate and resolve customer invoice, deduction, and payment discrepancies.
  • Document and manage customer-specific processes and exceptions.
  • Develop expertise in customer accounts, products, regions, and customer portals.
  • Partner with stakeholders, Process Analysts, SFT, and CTA teams to resolve complex queries.
  • Ensure compliance with audit controls, internal policies, and SOX requirements.
  • Execute ad-hoc assignments effectively and within timelines.

Continuous Improvement (20%)

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required

  • Full-time Graduate from an accredited university.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts Receivable.
  • Basic understanding of Finance & Accounting, particularly AR processes.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Degree specialization in Finance, Accounting, BMS, or BBS.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in AR or Trade Operations.
