This is for one of Indias leading mens health and wellness brands, funded by some of the leading early stage consumer & healthcare investors in the country.

Our goal is to change the sexual health and wellness landscape in India by creating a leading consumer healthcare company and we are looking for key team members to be part of this journey!

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end DTC marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  2. Optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, and marketplaces for maximum ROAS and customer acquisition.
  3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
  4. Enhance performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimizations.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the D2C website for user experience, conversions, and continuous improvement.
  6. Expertise in campaign optimization, budget management, and customer segmentation.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in managing and optimizing DTC performance marketing channels (Facebook, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  2. A track record of achieving exceptional performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CAC reduction).
  3. Expertise in campaign optimization, budget management, and customer segmentation.
