Job Title : Senior Analyst - HR Operations

Experience Range: 6 to 9 years

Location : Bangalore

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst - HR Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience from the very beginning. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization, Other HR Ops like employee queries, new joiners' coordination, goodies, joining formalities, mandatory trainings, employee profile data maintaining on HRMS, Separations and Payroll support. As the HR Ops representative, you will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective programs and other initiatives that align with our company culture and values. Your role will involve streamlining onboarding procedures, enhancing training materials, facilitating orientations and other HR ops projects in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all procedures are followed promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to customize onboarding plans based on departmental needs and roles.
  • Develop, implement, and update onboarding materials, including training presentations and handbooks.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and comprehensive introduction to the company culture.
  • Act as a first point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  • Measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs through surveys and feedback and suggest improvements based on the results.
  • Work closely with IT and facilities management to ensure that new hires have the necessary equipment and workspace prepared before their start date.
  • Maintain the employee data, profile completion on the HRMS. Handling data changes from other functions and employees.
  • Support payroll activities with incentives, allowance collations and coordination with departments.
  • Handling all the offboarding formalities and coordinating with HRBP, sub-functions and employees.
  • Handling employee queries and closing the tickets.
  • Strong experience in HRMS especially with onboarding, employee profile management, leaves and other employee life cycle processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in end-to-end HR Operations. Should have knowledge on payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to foster a positive working environment, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards new employees.
