We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Senior Product Manager - Ophthalmology who can translate formulation science into market leadership.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving strategy, growth, and market leadership across key ophthalmic brands, working at the intersection of clinical insight, product innovation, and commercial execution.

This position goes beyond titles - it is an opportunity to shape brands, influence prescribing behaviour, and create category leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end brand strategy & lifecycle management for ophthalmology portfolio
• Translate clinical science into compelling marketing narratives
• Drive innovative product campaigns across digital and field channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key ophthalmologists nationwide
• Identify market gaps and create differentiated positioning strategies
• Work closely with sales teams to drive prescription generation and brand growth
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and unlock new growth opportunities

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years experience in ophthalmic pharma marketing (mandatory)
• Proven track record in brand building and product growth
• Strong understanding of the Indian ophthalmology market & KOL ecosystem
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills
• A go-getter mindset with hunger to build, not just manage brands
