We are hiring Regional Heads to own and scale MFD-led growth. This is not a target-chasing role.

This is a region ownership role.

You will:

Expand active MFD penetration

Strengthen portfolio quality

Revive dormant partners

Reduce key-person risk

Build a durable distribution engine

Location: Bangalore (Virtual Region Ownership, You will handle your regions while sitting in our Bangalore HSR office)

2. What This Role Actually Does

A Regional Head at Volt is not a senior RM. You are responsible for making the region stronger every quarter.

You will:

Expand Active MFD Penetration

Increase number of active MFDs

Expand beyond Pareto

Improve penetration %

We do not believe in sitting on the top 20%.

Revive Dormant MFDs

Identify churned MFDs.

Build revival plans.

Turn inactivity into repeat flow.

Dormancy is an execution gap - not fate.

Acquire Quality MFDs

Personally source strategic MFDs

Build meaningful distribution partnerships

Strengthen regional footprint

Inbound alone is not growth.

Reduce Dependency Risk

No region should break because one person exits.

You must:

Ensure key MFDs are not single-threaded

Maintain CRM hygiene

Build second-level coverage

At Volt Money, resilience > heroics.

Improve RM Performance

Your job is not to out-call your RMs.

Your job is to:

Improve their prioritization

Improve activation quality

Improve consistency

Improve accountability

If your RMs don't grow, you haven't grown.

Active vs inactive MFD count

Tier distribution

Concentration risk

Penetration gaps

RM productivity

2. Build a Clear Plan

Segment intelligently

Identify high-potential clusters

Define revival pipeline

Allocate RM bandwidth intentionally

Effort without direction is noise.

3. Drive Relentless Execution

Weekly review cadence

Movement tracking

Coaching

Fast course correction

Ownership is not loud.

4. What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)

Active MFD base grows consistently

Tier upgrades happen every quarter

Dormant revival becomes predictable

Revenue concentration reduces

Region is stable even if one RM exits

Disbursals grow sustainably

Revenue growth without structural improvement is not success.

Data Capability (Mandatory to know excel)

You must be able to:

Pull and analyze region performance

Build your own pivot summaries

Identify activation patterns

Spot risk concentration

Explain trends clearly

Sales Capability

You must:

Close strategic MFDs yourself

Handle senior-level objections

Articulate Volt's product sharply

Build long-term trust

If you cannot sell, you cannot lead sales.
