Atomgrid- Regional sales Manager
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager who will drive sales growth and expand distribution
across priority markets. The role involves managing distributors and retailers, executing go-to-market
initiatives, and building strong relationships across the agri retail ecosystem. Responsibilities include
achieving revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure
product availability, and gathering market insights to support business growth and brand development.
Requirements
7-10 years experience in building Agrochemicals Crop protection brand business in the state of Karnataka.
Strong understanding of agrochemical distribution networks, dealer ecosystems, and rural market dynamics
Experience working with distributors, retailers, and field sales teams to drive revenue growth
Ability to operate independently with a high-ownership mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Willingness to travel extensively across regions to build and scale the business on the ground
