Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Acquisition Manager (CAM) with 2-8 years of corporate sales experience

with Banks or NBFCs. CAM will drive revenue growth through a full sales cycle-from prospecting and

demos to negotiation and closing. CAM's expertise in consultative selling, pipeline management and

corporate relationship building will be critical to scaling sales operations and expanding our customer

base in the corporate sector.

Key KPIs

Monthly revenue targets: 100% achievement

Corporate Onboarding - 10 per month

Employee Onboarding - 100% Achievement

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

CAM week includes corporate outreach and lead qualification, demos and presentations to Corporate

HR/Key Decision Makers, Funnel management, cross-selling to onboarded corporate employees, CRM

updates and reporting, and account management follow-ups. You'll balance individual contributions with

team leadership.

Core Responsibilities

A. Sales Execution & Revenue

Build and qualify high-quality corporates pipeline

Conduct compelling product demos and presentations

Maintain 3x pipeline coverage of monthly quota

B. Pipeline & Account Management

Manage sales pipeline using CRM (Zoho)

Identify and address pipeline bottlenecks

Conduct deal reviews with management

Build long-term customer relationships

Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

C. Consultative Selling & Relationships

TartanHQ

Conduct demos to the employees of the corporates for Cross Sell

Develop customer success plans

Manage stakeholder relationships

Provide thought leadership on HR/payroll solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-8 years Corporate sales experience ( Corporate Salary, Corporate Lending )

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)

Excellent pipeline management and forecasting

Ability to handle objection handling and negotiation
