- Windows Installer packaging (MSI, MST, MSP) with Admin Studio
- Virtualization with Microsoft APP-V
- VMware Workstation and Hyper-V
- Working experience in Windows 8.1, 10 &11, Windows Server 2012 and 2016
- Knowledge of WSUS, SCCM 2012 and SCCM CB
- Scripting - VBS, Batch, PowerShell, WMI (not limited to)
- Basic understanding of Project Management
- Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes and certification will be added advantage
- Understanding of Agile Methodology would be an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory, with Client centric approach
- Engage in global projects and client deliverables
- Provide reports as per the management and compliance team request
