The Chief of Staff (CoS) team supports heads of departments in RPE with workforce & financial management, operational reviews, business continuity planning and people engagement.
We are looking for team members in the RPE CoS Team, primarily to progress our business continuity planning workstream and support with the department and division level business continuity plans.
Role Responsibilities:
Location: India (Bengaluru) – In Office
Shift: Standard, however will require flexibility to overlap with teams in NY (11 am to 8 pm IST)
Total Exp: 2-5 years
Education: Any graduation
Skills & Attitudes Required:

Role Responsibilities:
- Understanding the current BCP set up within the firm and Proposing changes to the planning framework and approach
- Ensure adherence to the Business Continuity process, guidelines and policy.
- Coordinating across teams in risk and resilience to meet annual business continuity planning requirements.
- Collaborating with department leads and business continuity planning teams to update BC Plans and support with annual testing.
- The incumbent will be involved in business continuity planning across the larger division and will need to interact with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Fusion RM or any other Business Continuity Planning tool is required.

- Candidates with exposure/ experience with BCP (Business continuity planning)
- Flexibility to collaborate globally with teams in different time zones.

Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivots, table formats, basic formulae, graphs)
- Able to perform basic data crunching and analysis in Excel
- Basic Power point skills (summary/ commentary, tables, formats, graphs, images)

Communication skills:
- Ability to summarize information.
- Engage with peers as well as senior leads within the departments.
- Good to Have – any level of experience in business continuity planning, business management and CoS/ CAO functions
