Location <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Gurugram <\/span><\/span><\/b> Work Experience - <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>3+ years<\/b><\/span> Working Days -<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> 6 days, Work from Office(Rotational Off)<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct counselling sessions:<\/b> Engage with prospective students through various communication channels to understand their educational needs, and career aspirations, and match them with appropriate courses offered by Digital Vidya.<\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide program information:<\/b> Explain the features, benefits, and curriculum of different digital marketing programs to students, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.<\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assess student eligibility: <\/b>Evaluate students' backgrounds, qualifications, and work experience to determine their eligibility for specific courses and provide appropriate guidance.<\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Offer personalized guidance:<\/b> Understand students' learning objectives and career goals to suggest suitable courses and learning paths tailored to their needs, ensuring they make informed decisions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive admissions:<\/b> Assist students through the enrolment process, including explaining payment options, sharing program schedules, and ensuring smooth onboarding.<\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow\-up and conversion: <\/b>Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospective students to address any concerns or queries they may have, build strong relationships, and convert them into enrolled students.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay updated:<\/b> Keep abreast of industry trends, Digital Vidya's course offerings, and competitors' offerings to provide up\-to\-date information and advice to students.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> Must Have<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree in any discipline<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counselling or related roles,<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and build rapport.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent counselling and persuasion skills to guide students effectively and address their concerns.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>In\-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, trends, and career opportunities.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM tools.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prior experience in a sales\-driven environment will be an added advantage.<\/span>
