Job Description:
• Ownership of the definition and implementation of a repeatable innovation framework to embed AI and future emerging technologies into the vision, strategy, delivery and client experience to Insight's offerings.
• Lead the comprehensive assessment of Insight's portfolio stacks, utilising client value steam mapping to drive critical decisions on offering transformation, sunsetting, or the creation of net new services.
• Close collaboration with Technology Market Researchers in the Insight AI team to conduct market scanning for partnerships, technology stacks, and use cases relevant to the portfolio which will be pivotal in informing Insight's Merger and Acquisition strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to drive specific innovation roadmaps, ensuring business accountability whilst providing the programme leadership and ideation required to execute complex changes.
• Report on progress, actively manage and escalate blockers with senior EMEA leadership, and ensure seamless reporting into EMEA-level transformation programmes to maintain strategic alignment and prevent overlap.
• Establish and prioritise sustainable backlogs of technology-centric developments, working with project management resources to transition initiatives from theoretical vision to delivered output.
• Development of robust investment business cases for new solutions, ensuring all innovation initiatives are tied to business KPIs, including revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Vendor Alliance team, Country Leadership and EMEA Leadership to conduct strategic partner assessments across Strategic Solutions and Technology partnerships.
• Collaborate with the EMEA CTO and global and regional stakeholders to agree on confirmed technology stacks, championing a "no-code/low-code first" approach to accelerate development and harvest efficiency.
• Oversee the cultivation of a growing catalogue of reusable assets such as agent types, to ensure scalability and repeatability across Insight's transformed portfolio.
• Direct the integration of emerging technologies into the client fulfilment and sales experience, driving outcomes that enhance the customer journey from discovery to order and delivery.
