Job Description:
Overall 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Indian Payroll
Must have worked on at least 2–3 End-to-End Implementation Projects in SAP HCM Payroll – Indian Payroll
Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll – India
Handle payroll schema, PCRs, wage types, payroll areas, and payroll processes
Manage Indian statutory compliance including:
• Work on payroll processing, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, and payroll reconciliation
• Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams for successful project delivery
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide effective solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll – India
• Hands-on experience in payroll configuration and customization
• Good understanding of Indian payroll statutory regulations
• Experience in payroll integration with Time Management and Finance modules
• Experience in UAT, cutover activities, and production support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
