We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Configuration Management Database CMDB to design,
develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have
hands on experience with CMDB design, data modeling, integrations, and compliance with ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and CI class models
• Implement and manage CI relationships, attributes, and lifecycle processes
• Configure and maintain Identification and Reconciliation (IRE) rules
• Perform CMDB health checks, audits, and data quality improvements
• Implement and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and data integrations
• Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL configuration management practices
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management through accurate CI data
• Develop CMDB related reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot CMDB issues and support enhancements and upgrades
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain CMDB governance and documentation
