About The Job:
- We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Consultant to support the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong focus on Sales Cloud.
- This is a hands-on role bridging business requirements with technical implementation.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing and Engineering.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery.
- Shift Timing - 8 AM to 5 PM IST.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on configuration and development experience on Salesforce platform.
- Act as primary BSA liaison between business stakeholders and technical team.
- Develop user stories, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Drive UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage.
- Support change management, training documentation, and go-live readiness.
- Ensure application is supported with comprehensive documentation and test cases.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications.
- 5+ years of Salesforce BSA or Consultant experience.
- At least 3 years at senior level.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience including configuration and optimization.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
- Hands-on domain knowledge in Sales processes and systems.
- Ability to deliver insights and innovative solutions.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
