Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end SAP EAM implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide functional expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM) processes: preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Configure and support asset lifecycle management including equipment master data, work orders, notifications, and scheduling.
- Integrate EAM with SAP Finance, MM, and Procurement modules for seamless asset tracking and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and audit requirements in asset management processes.
- Drive UAT, regression testing, and production support, including documentation and SOP creation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver training, workshops, and process optimization.
- Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives involving IoT, mobility, and predictive maintenance in SAP EAM.
