Must Haves Skills:
- SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO).
- ECC & S/4 expertise, Multiple Modules (FICO).
- Experience in AMS Tracking (Jira/ServiceNow) and client facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP FICO processes in both ECC and SAP S/4 HANA environments.
- Analyse and troubleshoot issues raised by business users, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users in the SD and MM areas, addressing functional issues and providing system guidance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and work with technical teams to implement permanent solutions.
- Configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements, ensuring the systems are running efficiently and in line with best practices.
- Review and optimize current processes and configurations for continuous improvement and cost savings.
- Perform periodic system health checks, identifying areas for enhancement or improvement.
- Assist in the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA by providing expertise in mapping and configuring SD/MM processes in S/4 HANA.
- Support business teams in understanding the changes in S/4 HANA, providing training and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Help in testing and validating new features or functionalities in S/4 HANA related to FICO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful integration between SD/MM and other SAP modules (FI/CO, WM, PP, etc.).
- Work with stakeholders from different business units to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement effective processes.
- Support interfaces between SAP and external systems to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment.
- Contribute to various SAP S/4 HANA and ECC related projects, assisting in the implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
- Participate in business process design workshops, gap analysis, and blueprint preparation.
- Provide ongoing functional expertise during SAP S/4 HANA upgrades or new module implementations.
- Document functional specifications, process flows, and user guides for SAP FICO processes.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, issues resolved, and enhancements made to the system.
- Generate reports to assess system performance and user adoption, providing insights for further improvements.
