Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior AV Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires a strong background in Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting of AV (Audio-Visual) systems, with a specific focus on Cisco and Microsoft environments. The successful candidate will provide break-fix support, handle advanced programming adjustments, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless AV operations. This project is scheduled for one year duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Level 2 resource for break-fix AV technology issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Handle Level 3 troubleshooting for high-level AV challenges, minimizing system downtime and maintaining performance.
- Provide AV system programming support, including fine-tuning and configuration changes based on operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex AV issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Deliver expert support for AV systems beyond standard desktop support scope.
- Support and maintain Cisco and Microsoft AV solutions, ensuring compatibility and smooth integration.
- Respond to AV-related incidents and service requests with urgency and professionalism.
- Document all troubleshooting steps, repairs, and modifications accurately for future reference and auditing.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in break-fix support for AV systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco and Microsoft AV environments.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex AV issues.
- Familiarity with AV system programming and making operational adjustments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- Must be based in Bangalore, India.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to other AV OEMs (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Poly) is a plus.
- Adaptability to emerging AV technologies and trends.
- Experience in documenting AV setups and configuration changes.
- Ability to mentor junior AV technicians.
