Essential Skills:

3+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
Hands-on experience defining decision architecture, solutions, and designs for Pega Decisioning and Marketing.
End-to-end experience in Customer Marketing, Segmentation, Adaptive Modeling, and Campaign Management (Inbound & Outbound).
Strong knowledge of Next-Best-Action Designer (NBAD) implementation.
Proficiency in Pega Marketing & Decisioning PRPC concepts and rule types such as:
- Strategies, offer flows, activities, when rules, functions, data transforms, decision logic
- Dataflows, datasets, adaptive models, reporting, agents, and ruleset management
Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
Strong ability to develop, monitor, and troubleshoot batch campaigns.
Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts, and ability to implement changes in these modules.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.
Proven experience developing integrations with external systems and resolving integration-related issues.
Ability to collaborate with operations and testing teams to provide defect fixes and enhancements.
Experience with build and unit testing, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues when required.

Experience working with distributed systems, non-relational data stores, data modeling, and large-scale data warehouses.
